The Explorator Association, founded in 2008, promotes social inclusion and integration of young people in the local community through educational, cultural, and social projects. It supports ESC volunteers by offering guidance, mentoring, and a safe and inclusive environment.
Project 1: Inclusivity Unlocked 3 (Craiova, Romania)

Social inclusion, Digital communication, and Youth participation through podcasts and social media.
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The ESC volunteer will be part of the communication team, contributing to the production of the Inclusivity Unlocked podcast and the management of social media channels. The project offers hands-on experience in digital content creation, organizing awareness-raising events, and promoting ESC/Erasmus+ opportunities within the local community.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation and editing of the podcast
Management and development of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Organization of events and awareness campaigns
Promotion of ESC and Erasmus+ opportunities
VOLUNTEER PROFILE
18–30 years old, intermediate English (spoken and written)
Experience in audio/video or social media is a plus
Open-minded, motivated, and flexible
Willingness to work in front of the camera
OFFERED CONDITIONS
Shared accommodation in mixed apartments, with shared kitchen and bathroom
Pocket money: €180/month + €4/day
Local transportation included

Project 2: Volunteer to Help V (Craiova & Bals, Romania)

Non-formal education, Social inclusion, and Youth participation through activities in schools and the local community.
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The ESC volunteer will take part in non-formal educational activities for children and teenagers, organize workshops, cultural events, and awareness campaigns.
The project aims to promote solidarity, active citizenship, and social change within the local community.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct lessons and non-formal activities for children and young people (5–17 years old)
Organize workshops (films, books, quizzes, English-language activities)
Coordinate awareness campaigns on ESC and EU values
Collaborate with local partners on active citizenship projects
VOLUNTEER PROFILE
