Project: Youth Work – Communication – Active Participation

AVAILABLE PROJECT
Non-formal education, youth participation, intercultural learning, and communication. 1 female volunteer position available.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The ESC volunteer will be part of the organisation’s team, contributing to the development and implementation of Erasmus+ and local youth projects.
The project offers the opportunity to experience NGO work, support non-formal education activities, and take part in an international environment focused on youth engagement.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social media and visual communication
• Supporting international and local activities during all stages of project development
• Documenting projects and events
• Assistance in daily office tasks
• Opportunity to develop a personal project within the organisation

VOLUNTEER PROFILE

• Interest in Erasmus+ projects and youth work
• Curiosity about NGOs and social impact
• Interest in communication, creativity, and storytelling
• Proactive, flexible, and open to learning by doing
• Motivated to co-create activities and bring own ideas to life
• Female volunteer (to support gender balance within the team)
• 22–30 years old

CONDITIONS OFFERED

• Private room in a shared apartment (with other women, not part of the organisation)
• International and dynamic working environment
• Continuous mentoring and support from the team
• Public transport card
• Pocket money + food allowance according to ESC standards
• Travel reimbursement according to ESC rules

PROJECT DURATION: ASAP – 7 months (preferably starting before the end of April)
