Milena Gad
EU Project Manager - Team Leader
I am Team Leader at YouNet, where I coordinate the team and works on the research, ideas, writing, and implementation of EU projects. I have a background in Biomedical Engineering and Project Management, and a strong interest in turning complex ideas into meaningful projects with social impact. I have taken part in several international volunteering experiences across Europe, including as a European Volunteer in Greece and Italy. Over the years, I have worked extensively on Erasmus+ and CERV projects, from the first idea to the final report, and loves designing and delivering non-formal learning activities in international settings. When I'm not working, you’ll probably find me listening to true crime podcasts, spending time in nature, or trying out new creative things.

European Solidarity Corps Volunteering - Projects Coordinator, Hosting
I studied Modern Literature at the University of Bologna and specialize in non-formal education and youth development. I design workshops and manage voluntary projects within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), where I also act as a mentor and tutor, supporting young participants throughout their ESC experiences. I am experienced in project writing and applications. In my free time, I enjoy aperitivi, which often turn into lively political discussions.
Giada Artioli
European Solidarity Corps Volunteering - Projects Coordinator, Hosting
I have a Master's degree in Resource Economics and Sustainable Development. I have gained experience in project writing, the use of non-formal and informal educational methods, and workshop organisation. I manage Italian volunteers involved in ESC projects with passion and competence, following them in their pre-departure training, during their experience abroad, and upon their return. I am particularly sensitive to environmental issues and for this reason I helped set up a university collective to raise awareness of environmental issues among the student community. I love walking in nature with my dog and exchanging ideas and talking about what's happening in the world. Reading recommendations are always more than welcome!
Jennifer Parker
European Solidarity Corps Volunteering - Projects Coordinator, Sending
I have always been passionate about travelling and learning new languages, a curiosity that first led me to spend a year in the United States before beginning my studies in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the University of Bologna. I later had the opportunity to take part in an Erasmus exchange in Granada, Spain, which further deepened my interest in intercultural dialogue. This path eventually inspired me to pursue a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication in the United Kingdom, combining my fascination for international relations with a strong focus on communication. Currently, at YouNet, I am responsible for the ESC sending activities, supporting Italian volunteers as they prepare for their experiences abroad and during the mobility. I also contribute to the implementation of several European projects, including Youth-Centered Digital Society and the Youth Leaders Academy.
Fanni Orbàn
European Solidarity Corps Volunteering - Projects Coordinator, Hosting - Reggio Emilia
My formal educational background starts with International Economics, then I decided to center my studies around human beings, so I graduated in Psychology, and I am a human behaviour analyst. My non-formal educational path is way more practical and self-development-oriented: I participated in long- and short-term ESC volunteering programs in Italy, in the field of non-formal education, and I continue improving my competences by being involved in Erasmus+ Training Courses. During my 20+ Erasmus+ projects, I’ve gained experience in nonviolent communication, NFE learning activity design, group facilitation, mentoring, nature-based methodologies and eco-centric development. At YouNet Reggio Emilia, I am the coordinator of ESC volunteers and manager of Erasmus+ KA2 and CERV projects. My passion is connected to nature, movement and human beings - I often go to solo hikes, do free dance and forest bathing, I organise community events with & for the Expat group of Reggio Emilia, and I’m the co-founder and a local volunteer of ReTake Reggio Emilia.
