Play with us - kit published for the animation of the ‘Proud volunteers for solidarity 1’ project in Poland

The ESC project “Proud Volunteers for Solidarity 1”, coordinated by the Foundation of Social Integration Prom in Wrocław, has come to an end. The COVID-19 emergency certainly did not make things easy; however, thanks to joint efforts and strong cooperation, it was possible to achieve wonderful results.

A play parachute featuring a map of Europe was created by the volunteers involved in the project. The parachute has already been used during Children’s Day 2021 and presented at an international seminar for kindergartens hosting ESC volunteers from Poland and Lithuania.

The “Play with Us” kit also includes:

• 247 thematic cards (12 × 12 cm) containing information about all 50 European countries, organised into 7 categories: country name, capital city, flag, landmark, traditional dish, how to say “hello” in different languages, and landscape;

• A booklet describing the games and activities, along with a set of quiz questions.

The set includes games and activities divided by different age groups (from 3 years old), and the level of difficulty is indicated by a coloured frame around the edges of the playing cards.
